On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant la Bodega La Casa Amarilla. It's speciality; care and attention, but most of all bring to you and allows you to taste the pleasures of the Spanish practically the Andulisian cuisine.

Jabugo Gourmet’s Jamon Iberico (Spanish ham) and pork, local tuna fish, vines from Spanish vineyards and traditional local seasoned cheeses will accompany the servings carefully prepared by expert cooks of our Mediterranean cuisine.

The authentic delice of the Mediterranean cuisine. The seasoning of the JAMÓN IBÉRICO requires a long and meticulous process which compares to the elaboration granted to the best vines. Ideal genes, upbringing and genuine Andalusian and Extremaduran pastures with respectful processing and seasoning in accordance to artisan traditions which go back more than one hundred years. The Jabugo surroundings and the villages of the Sierra national Park favour the production of the seasoned JAMÓN IBÉRICO a true gastronomic pearl.

As with the best of vines, the tasting of the JAMÓN IBÉRICO requires its ritual. It should not be eaten not even tasted just out of the cellar. It must be left breathing a few days and hand or machine cut correctly. What really matters is that cutting quality which must be very fine, almost transparent, which should melt in your mouth without hardly needing to chew. This will enhance the true appreciation of the flavours and aromas which adorn the authentic JAMÓN IBÉRICO.
