Located in Tarifa’s old city centre is La Casa Amarilla, a beautiful aparthotel, built in a XIX century building. It is in true Andalusian style, with an internal patio which leads to all the rooms. It has been included in the aparthotel category in as much as each room is furnished with a small kitchen and provides the guests the confronts of a small apartment.

The apartments may be accessed directly from the c/ San Donato road. The facade, decorated with spectacular enamelled yellow tiles gives the name to the building. (Amarillo means yellow in Spanish).

he owners of the building personally took care of it’s restoration. They both agreed on preserving the original characteristic of the building. They did this enriching it with marble floors, forged balusters, Moorish style windows, decorated balconies and visible wooden beams in the ceiling.

The sole new added component is the coloured windows which integrate perfectly overall style aids the room repartition on each flour. The helps. The crystal vault that covers the central patio is worthy of attention. This magnificent closure structured in cast iron illuminates the whole building.

Apart from the restaurant, which specialises in delicious Spanish own grown products, the Aparthotel boasts two shops; handmade artisans gifts and the other clothing. This completes the multicultural and deeply rooted Andalucian Aparthotel’s offers.
